I approach therapy with a simple question:

"What do you want out of life, and what is holding you back from that?"

This question, and your answers, is where we begin the journey. I look forward to hearing from you.

Enneagram Group

Groups are a way to get support as you process.

Use the wisdom of the Ennegram to gain insight into your life, your patterns, and how you most effectively can create the changes you need in your life.

Receive encouragement and support from others who understand where you're at, and are working to grow too.

Overview

Increase your ability to make effective changes in your life using the powerful tool of the Enneagram.  Gain greater insight into your underlying motivations in life that drive your decisions and reactions so that you can move from reacting to acting.  Read more about the magic of the Enneagram here.

This is your opportunity to go deeper with Enneagram wisdom in the context of a supportive group.  Having the insight and perspective of other members can help you see that there are other ways of being in the world and help you find balance in your type.

Self-understanding can be a tender place and requires a lot of compassion.  The group provides a place for compassion and encouragement as you grow.

Each week will cover a different aspect of Enneagram wisdom and how it applies to your life:

  1. What it’s like to be your type
  2. Intelligence Centers
  3. Stress/security
  4. Coping Style
  5. Social Style & Orientation to Time
  6. Subtypes
  7. Your type in relationship
  8. My growth plan to find balance

The next session of this group will start in the Fall.

Details

Group is a safe place where you can share your struggles without judgment, and find support and encouragement.  In order to foster this environment, group members agree to the following guidelines:

  1. Be respectful of others’ experiences and viewpoints
  2. If I feel that someone else has given a dismissive or unhelpful response, I will do my best to share that in the group so that we can resolve it
  3. Listen to others without trying to jump in and fix their problems
  4. If I would like a recommendation from others, it is my responsibility to ask for it
  5. If I would like to share a recommendation, I commit to ask the person/group if that is okay with them first
  6. I will keep what is shared in group confidential (what is said in group stays in group)
  7. I will keep confidential who else is attending this group
